Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Enterprise Application and Implementation
  • Analytical and fast learning and understanding of new ideas and concepts
  • Good communication and human relations skills
  • Team-player with excellent communication skills
  • Highly Responsible, reliable and Self-Managed
  • Good Business Understanding
  • Willing to travel
  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MBA or Master in Accounting
  • Strong Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering and Analyze the requirement with business user
  • Understand and use requirements management tools or project and defect management tools effectively
  • Discuss, extract, and consolidate all the business processes and concerned functional requirements
  • Review and prepare all functional requirements, including with data, documents user manuals, comprehensively and clearly
  • Analyze the business processes, and design the system together with functional specification for technical consultant and programmer
  • Prioritizing and planning to achieve targets/ deadlines for the assigned tasks
  • Control project scope, documentation, and software change management System Analysis & Design
  • Providing consultancy on Business Process Management solution to meet the requirements as defined by users
