Job Description
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Implement IT infrastructure product based on responsible area such as Windows, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, Office 36
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in the field of a System Engineer or related position.
- Experience in managing, operating, and maintaining Active Directory, Windows server’s roles and or Linux server.
- Knowledge in networking technologies, network security and network monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Server, SCCM Server and SQL Server.
- Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of security principles.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
