Elevating Organizations Toward Stronger Security and More Efficient IT Management

(DataOne Asia), jointly hosted the seminar "Data Resilience & Observability – D1 featuring IBM FlashSystem & Instana" on June 11, 2026, at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. The event was honored by Ms. Pilada Intanate, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of DataOne Asia, who delivered the opening remarks and shared insights on the latest concepts and technologies from IBM for businesses facing challenges from rapid data growth, the transition to the AI era, and cyber threats. This was followed by presentations on three key topics.

Mr. Chate Ratthanataworn, Storage Sales Leader at IBM, presented "From Vision to Secure Innovation," addressing the intensifying cybersecurity challenges driven by data growth and AI adoption. He highlighted the concept of Cyber Resilience for enhancing an organization's ability to prevent, detect, and recover from cyber threats, and introduced intelligent data storage and protection technologies that help reduce ransomware risk and strengthen organizations' readiness for a secure and sustainable digital future.

Mr. Watana Sutathongthai, Technical Consultant at IBM, presented "AI Starts with Data: Building the Right Foundation with IBM FlashSystem," introducing IBM FlashSystem, a next-generation storage platform that enables organizations to efficiently manage data across hybrid cloud environments. The platform enhances security, availability, and system resilience, while leveraging AI to simplify data management and support long-term business growth.

Mr. Chirabhat Kijtham, Senior Presales at Metro Connect, presented "End-to-End Observability with Instana," demonstrating how IBM Instana enables organizations to gain real-time visibility and monitoring across applications, infrastructure, and cloud-native environments. By leveraging AI and automation for data analysis, Instana helps quickly identify root causes of issues, improving operational efficiency, reducing management complexity, and strengthening the continuity of digital services.
