Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, assistance, and customer service regarding product usage to ensure customers can use the products effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to present products to customers in order to ensure mutual understanding of customer needs in relation to our products.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development for AWS within the enterprise customer segment, covering both existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored proposals that include Cloud Solutions, Cloud Management Services, and Cloud Billing Services to best fit each business.
- Collaborate closely with technical and solution teams to develop and deliver Technical Proposals, Quotations, and Statements of Work (SoW) that align with customer business objectives.
- Provide initial consultation to customers on Cloud Migration, Performance Optimization, and Cost Management to ensure efficient cloud adoption and utilization.
