Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), in collaboration with Deves Insurance Public Company Limited, held a signing ceremony for the "IBM Power11 & Core Insurance Upgrade" project on October 1, 2026, at the headquarters of Deves Insurance Public Company Limited. The initiative aims to upgrade Deves Insurance's Core Insurance Systems and information technology infrastructure through the IBM Power11 platform.

The IBM Power11 & Core Insurance Upgrade project is designed to enhance system performance, stability, and availability, accommodate growing volumes of data and transactions, and strengthen service continuity and security.

The scope of work encompasses upgrading the Core Insurance Systems alongside the deployment of IBM Power11 as the core processing platform, integrated with Enterprise Storage to boost processing capacity, support disaster recovery in the event of system failures, and minimize the risk of service disruption.

The enhanced infrastructure will enable Deves Insurance to develop new products and services with greater agility, reduce time-to-market, and lay the groundwork for future adoption of Digital Insurance, AI, and Data Analytics.
