Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, assistance, and customer service regarding product usage to ensure customers can use the products effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to present products to customers in order to ensure mutual understanding of customer needs in relation to our products.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers as assigned by the supervisor to create customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for conducting product usage training for customers to ensure they can use the products efficiently.
  • Study and continuously develop knowledge to enhance customer service capabilities in order to provide appropriate and effective support to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in industrial design or a related field.
  • Experience in using 2D and 3D design software.
  • Experience in Additive Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM/CAE software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of network systems and databases.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management related to automation systems or IoT system development.
