Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test cloud architecture to ensure large amounts of data can be transferred and stored efficiently.
- Maintain information accuracy and security while initiating bulk data transfers.
- Use prior knowledge and creativity to troubleshoot and solve technical issues as they arise.
- Vet cloud providers and third-party services that provide high-quality storage options within budget.
- Create data transfer and storage standard operating procedures and policy documentation while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Keep up to date with developments on current cloud computing solutions and processes.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on using and accessing data on the cloud, especially during major transfer, updates, or changes.
- Serve as the cloud architect subject-matter expert for the marketing team and at company webinars, trade shows, and panels.
Qualifications
- Acquire a bachelor related to Computer science, Computer engineering.
- Experience of 1-2 years minimum.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and highly motivated and can work under pressure.
- Experience in AWS/Azure/GCP/HWC or VMWare.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development for AWS within the enterprise customer segment, covering both existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored proposals that include Cloud Solutions, Cloud Management Services, and Cloud Billing Services to best fit each business.
- Collaborate closely with technical and solution teams to develop and deliver Technical Proposals, Quotations, and Statements of Work (SoW) that align with customer business objectives.
- Provide initial consultation to customers on Cloud Migration, Performance Optimization, and Cost Management to ensure efficient cloud adoption and utilization.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline systematically from opportunity creation, proposal presentation, to deal closure ensuring effective progress at each stage.
- Monitor and manage customer Billing Usage accurately and in compliance with agreed service terms and conditions.
- Work collaboratively with Cloud Partners (AWS) and marketing teams to plan go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and participate in AWS-led marketing or partner enablement programs.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud trends and technologies to continuously enhance knowledge and apply it effectively in sales activities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or solution expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, finance, and post-sales support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Basic understanding of Public Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services such as Cloud Solutions, Cloud Billing Services, and Cloud Management Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling AWS solutions or working with Cloud Partners / System Integrators (SI).

- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, or equivalent.
- Experience managing Sales Pipelines, Usage Reports, or Billing Management for enterprise customers.
- Business understanding in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare is a plus.

- Driving technical pre-sales activities for Cyber Security Portfolio including Network and Security Transformation, End Point Detection and Response and other Cyber Security Solutions in the future.

- Responsible for contacting customers to generate selling leads and suspects.
- Responsible for maintaining the Topline system to prevent conflicts during Topline registration.
- Responsible for coordinating with the marketing team on public relations activities and inviting customers to attend departmental seminars and events via phone and e-mail, ensuring they receive the necessary information and participate according to the defined targets.
