Environmental Policies and Guidelines
The Company has established environmental policies and plans as part of its business operations, starting from the procurement, production processes, and the delivery of products and services, as well as waste disposal.
The Board of Directors is committed to mitigating negative impacts on the environment and has, therefore, established a subcommittee on Corporate Governance to manage energy, water, garbage, waste, pollution, and operations to reduce greenhouse gas issues. In this regard, a working group has been appointed to establish actions plans that are consistent with the Company’s business operations strategies and ensure that they are carried out according to the established plans and be in accordance with the standard requirements for environmental and energy conservation according to the environmental policy framework that the Company has laid out.

Energy Efficiency and Energy Management
The Company has implemented an energy management plan with a target to reduce electricity consumption by at least 1% annually through clean energy initiatives and energy conservation measures across its operations. To support this target, the Company installed solar photovoltaic (Solar PV) systems on building rooftops and parking structures to help reduce energy consumption and operating costs. The Company also implemented energy-saving measures within its offices, including scheduled air-conditioning shutdowns during lunch hours (12:00–13:00), area-specific lighting controls, and employee awareness campaigns on energy conservation. Reminder signage was installed throughout office areas to encourage employees to switch off lights and unplug electrical equipment when not in use. As a result of these measures, electricity consumption in 2025 decreased by 4.84% compared to the 2024 baseline year, exceeding the Company’s annual reduction target of at least 1%. The reduction was achieved through the combined implementation of Solar PV systems and internal energy conservation measures, including scheduled air-conditioning shutdowns and improved lighting control management.
Greenhouse Gas Management
The Company prepared its 2025 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory Report to establish a baseline for systematic greenhouse gas reduction planning and long-term climate management. In 2025, the Company’s total greenhouse gas emissions amounted to 1,565.96 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e), comprising:
- Scope 1 (Direct Emissions): 219.18 tCO2e
- Scope 2 (Energy Indirect Emissions): 1,346.79 tCO2e
In addition, the Company received Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO), reflecting the accuracy and reliability of the Company’s greenhouse gas management and reporting processes. The Company has set a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 1% compared to the previous year. As a result of its environmental management initiatives, Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 33.58%, while Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 1.3% compared to 2024. Furthermore, the Company has established a target to achieve Carbon Neutrality within five years, beginning in 2026. This target will be pursued through operational greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, increased adoption of clean energy, and the consideration of appropriate carbon offset mechanisms.
Water Efficiency Management
As the Company operates primarily as a distributor and service provider rather than a manufacturing business, water consumption is not considered a material operational issue. Nevertheless, the Company has established a target to reduce water consumption by at least 1% compared to the previous year. In 2025, the Company’s water consumption decreased by 15.26% compared to 2024. This reduction was achieved through the implementation of water conservation initiatives and employee awareness campaigns under the Company’s Green Office program. The Company also encouraged employees to use water responsibly through internal communications promoting water-saving practices, including turning off water taps when not in use and raising awareness of efficient resource utilization within office operations.

Measuring the Office Lighting Level to be in Accordance with the Established Standards
The Company constantly conducts measurements of light intensity and an analysis of the working conditions according to the nature of work, as well as the use of light intensity in work in accordance with environmental laws. The activity is carried out on an annual basis and the results of the measurement indicate that it passes according to the legally established standards.
Waste Reduction from Business Operations
The Company recognizes customers and business partners as key stakeholders within its supply chain and places importance on environmentally responsible waste management practices throughout its operations. As part of its waste management process, the Company returned 1,679 used printer cartridges to Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) for proper recycling and further utilization. In 2025, the Company did not generate industrial waste from its business operations. Therefore, no unused electronic equipment was sent for industrial waste treatment or disposal processes.

Waste Management
The Company places importance on environmental sustainability management, particularly effective, transparent, and traceable waste management practices to ensure accurate data collection and support continuous improvement planning. In 2025, the Company recorded a total waste volume of 30,830.10 kilograms, representing a significant increase compared to 2023 and 2024. The increase was primarily attributable to improvements in waste management processes, including clearer waste segregation measures, systematic weighing procedures, and more comprehensive data recording practices. The Company recognizes the importance of minimizing environmental impacts and has therefore established ongoing waste reduction guidelines focused on reducing waste generation at the source, promoting efficient resource utilization, improving waste segregation for recycling, and raising employee awareness regarding waste management practices. These initiatives are intended to support the continuous and sustainable reduction of waste volumes over the long term.
Managing Noise Pollution According to Standards
The Company has constantly maintained its generators and various related accessories to ensure that are always in good working condition. The noise level in the work area is measured regularly on an annual basis, and the Company is always ready to implement any improvements in cases where it is found that the noise level exceeds the legally established standards.
