Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analyze the requirement from business user.
- Review and prepare all functional requirements, including with data, documents user manuals, comprehensively and clearly.
- Identify the Fit-Gap.
- Test the application and collaborate with development team to fixing the customer’s problem.
- Support and provide application or business process best practice to the customer.
- Completes the task to ensure delivery of project is on time.
- Coordinates and consults the project’s implementation task with partners (foreign company).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher all fields are welcome. Accounting or Computer science or Software engineer is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Presentation skill is mandatory.
- Logical thinking and problem solving is mandatory.
- Willing to travel.
- Experience with E-Commerce platform or CRM application or SQL is a big plus
